摘        要
东莞市作为世界著名的制造业名城，纺织业在其中占有着重要的地位。毛衣的生产工艺虽然不复杂，但由于款式众多，生产批量小且品种变化频繁，毛衣产品的质量问题时有发生。而对于小型纺织企业，由于其半人工半自动的生产方式、质量意识淡薄、管理方法不完善以及事后检验等原因，毛衣产品的质量问题更加突出。这些质量问题已严重制约着小型纺织企业的发展。因此，加强毛衣生产过程的质量控制，提高毛衣产品的质量，对小型纺织企业有深远的意义。
本文以东莞市顺昌针织厂为例，重点对该企业毛衣生产的关键工序进行研究，分析该工序生产中毛衣半成品常见的质量问题。然后收集样本数据，运用排列图，找出了该工序生产过程中毛衣半成品的主要质量问题。同时，运用因果分析图法，从人、机、物、法、环五个方面分析产生这些质量问题的原因，并通过生产现场的调研，分析其主要的原因。由此，建立起质量控制点，对其主要原因进行重点的分析，提出相应的措施，解决了该工序生产过程中毛衣半成品的主要质量问题，毛衣产品的质量得到了有效改善。最后，则通过不合格品数控制图对该工序进行生产过程稳态的判断，发现其生产过程中存在的异常情况，调查出原因，并采取有效的措施，解决了这种异常情况。
本文通过改善生产中毛衣半成品的主要质量问题以及关键工序稳态的判断，最终达到了提高毛衣半成品质量，保证关键工序过程稳态的目的，并为该企业和其他小型纺织企业提供了生产过程中质量控制的思路和方法。

A Research of Process Quality Control in Dongguan Shunchang Knitting
Abstract: As the world famous manufacturing city-Dongguan, textile industry takes an important part in the manufacturing. Although the sweater production process is not complicated, because of many styles, the production of small batch and the variety change more frequently, the quality problems of the sweater happen frequently. For small textile enterprises, their semiautomatic mode of production, quality consciousness, lack of management methods and check afterwards are influencing the quality more seriously. These quality problems have seriously restricted the development of small textile enterprises. So there is profound significance for these small textile enterprises to strengthen the production process quality control and improve the quality of the sweater.
This article taking Dongguan Shunchang knitting factory as example, focuses on the key working procedure of this enterprise and analyzes its common quality problems of semi-finished sweater during the production. Then this article collects the sample data and uses the Pareto diagram to find out the main quality problems of the semi-finished sweater in this process. Meanwhile, this article uses fishbone chart to analyze the cause of these quality problems in 4M1E. Then through the investigation of production site, this article analyzes the main cause of these quality problems, sets up quality control points and analyzes the main cause of these quality problems. Then corresponding measures are put forward. Through these measures, the main quality problems of the semi-finished sweater are solved, and the quality of the sweater has been improved effectively. Finally, this article uses Pn control chart to judge the steady state of the production process and find out the abnormal condition in the production process. Then by investigating the reasons and taking effective measures, this article solves this abnormal condition.
By improving the main quality problems of the semi-finished sweater and judging the steady state of the key working procedure, this research finally achieves the purpose of improving the quality of semi-finished sweater and ensuring the process steady state of the key working procedure. Meanwhile, this article provides quality control ideas and methods in the production process for this enterprise or small sweater manufacturing.
