摘 要
校园工作也已经进入数字化时代。高校教学督导工作是一种非行政性的管理活动，主要任务是为了保障和提高本校的教学质量，目前国内大多数高校采取手工的方式处理教学督导数据，导致数据处理、反馈不及时，参与者积极性不高。信息时代的到来，给教学督导改革带来了启发，教学督导需紧抓时机，逐步完善其信息化变革。
教学督导管理信息服务系统建立在互联网基础之上，它不受空间和时间的限制，能广泛、全面的搜集来自督导工作人员、督导专家以及其他用户的建议和意见；高度智能的电脑程序能快速、高效处理数据，使得督导工作人员从繁杂的查找与统计工作中解脱出来，把更多的精力放在总结、协调、解决问题上，提高教学督导的工作效。
本文在详细了解学校现行教学督导工作现状的基础上，对所涉及的角色以及其需求进行了描述，并对系统功能模块进行了设计，包含督导用户基本信息的收集模块，教学督导任务的管理模块、督导数据的采集与分析模块，督导信息的公开与反馈模块以及督导系统的维护模块，每个功能模块都给出了详细的流程图。经过初步的设计以及试运行，该系统在一定程度上扩大了教学督导工作的参与面，提高了教学督导信息的采集、处理与公开的效率，并实现了对教师、课堂以及教学单位进行纵向的发展性评估。

Teaching supervision management information service system based on Internet, it is not limited by space and time, can collect and comprehensive experts from supervision personnel, supervision, and other user Suggestions and opinions;Highly intelligent computer program can quickly and efficiently process the data, make supervision staff from complicated lookup and statistical work, put more energy on the summary, coordinate and solve the problem, improve the teaching supervision work.
Details about the present situation of the current teaching supervision work is presented in this paper, on the basis of the role of involved and their needs are described, and the system function module design, include to supervise the user basic information collection module, the supervision of the teaching supervision task management module, the data acquisition and analysis module, the supervision of information publicly as well as the maintenance of the steering system module and feedback module, function of each module of the detailed flow chart is presented.After the preliminary design and commissioning, the system to a certain extent, expanded the teaching supervision work of nationality, improved the teaching supervision information acquisition, processing and the efficiency of the public, and realizes to teachers, classrooms and teaching unit of longitudinal developmental assessment.
