随着科技的飞速进步与生活品质的不断提升,农业机械化技术已迈入崭新阶段。在此背景下,家用破壁机作为现代厨房电器的重要组成部分,其性能与设计的改进日益成为消费者关注的焦点。本文旨在探讨一种小型家用破壁机的设计,以满足现代家庭对健康饮食与便捷生活的双重追求。
文章首先阐述了破壁机的研究背景与意义,分析了当前破壁机市场的现状与发展趋势。通过对比不同类型的破壁机,本文明确了离心式破壁机在设计上的优势,并详细解析了其工作原理。在此基础上,我们设计了一款集专业化、智能化、自动化、高效化、小型化、简单化及环保化于一体的离心式破壁机。
该破壁机在设计中充分考虑了消费者的实际需求,通过优化破壁部件与电机选配,显著提升了出汁率与果汁的清澈度,有效解决了传统破壁机存在的弊端。同时,我们采用了单相串激式电动机,不仅实现了设备的自动化与高效化运行,还确保了小型化、简单化与环保化的设计理念得以贯彻。
此外,本文还详细记录了破壁机的设计过程,包括前期调查、方案设计、详细设计、选型与校核计算等环节,充分展示了我们在设计过程中的创新思维与严谨态度。最终,我们相信这款小型家用破壁机将以其卓越的性能与人性化的设计,早日成为消费者家庭中的得力助手。

Abstract
With the rapid progress of science and technology and the continuous improvement of the quality of life, agricultural mechanization technology has entered a new stage. In this context, as an important part of modern kitchen appliances, the improvement of its performance and design has increasingly become the focus of consumer attention. This paper aims to explore the design of a small household wall breaking machine to meet the dual pursuit of healthy diet and convenient life.
This paper first expounds the research background and significance of wall breaker, and analyzes the current situation and development trend of wall breaker market. By comparing different types of wall breakers, this paper defines the design advantages of centrifugal wall breakers, and analyzes their working principle in detail. On this basis, we designed a set of professional, intelligent, automatic, efficient, miniaturization, simplification and environmental protection in one of the centrifugal wall breaking machine.
The wall breaking machine fully considers the actual needs of consumers in the design. By optimizing the wall breaking parts and motor matching, the juice yield and juice clarity are significantly improved, and the disadvantages of the traditional wall breaking machine are effectively solved. At the same time, we use the single-phase series electric motor, which not only realizes the automation and efficient operation of the equipment, but also ensures the implementation of the design concept of miniaturization, simplification and environmental protection.
In addition, this paper also records the design process of the wall breaking machine in detail, including the preliminary investigation, scheme design, detailed design, selection and check calculation and other links, which fully demonstrates our innovative thinking and rigorous attitude in the design process. Finally, we believe that this small household wall breaking machine will become the right-hand man of consumers with its excellent performance and humanized design as soon as possible.
