红豆杉产紫杉醇内生真菌L42菌株的形态分类及鉴定
摘要
本次研究是从太行山野生中国红豆杉的树皮中分离到的一株产紫杉醇内生真菌L42。紫杉醇是目前最重要的抗肿瘤药物,但由于其来源是从红豆杉树皮中提取,产量低,而且红豆杉十分稀有,无法满足当今人们的需要,因此寻找高产紫杉醇内生菌成为了解决问题的关键。从红豆杉树皮中分离到的内生菌L42,通过在马铃薯培养基上进行无菌培养,观察它的菌落形态及生长情况,用光学显微镜观察它的菌丝形态、孢子形态,孢子颜色等,与相关分类系统进行比对,初步鉴定L42菌株属青霉属,是为进一步测量产紫杉醇产量与菌种关系奠定基础,以及为生产紫杉醇的生物化学方法,微生物发酵法等的研究做了必要的准备。

THE CLASSIFICATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE ENDOPHYTIC FUNGI L42 THAT COME FORM TAXUS CHINENSIS AND PRODUCE TAXOL
Abstract
The study was about the Endophytic Fungi L42 of producing taxol that isolated from the bark of wild CHINESIS ROHD in Tai Hang mountain. The taxol is the most important anticancer drug. But because it comes from very rare yew’ s bark, and lower production, so it can’t satisfy the need of the people,and look for endophytes that can produce high yield of taxol has become the key to solve the problem. The endophytic fungi L42 which isolated from the taxus growth in the potato culture medium surrounding the sterile environment. Then I would observe the morphology of colonies and growth situation, also I would observe the morphology of mycelial, the morphology of spores,the color of spores with the optical microscope. I preliminary judgment that the strains L42 was penicillium genus preliminarily through comparing with the related classification systems. The study can help it to understand the relationship production of taxol and the strains, to prepare for the methods of Biological and Chemical,Microbial that produce taxol.
