两株产紫杉醇内生真菌M-1和M-2形态的初步鉴定
摘要
本文以产紫杉醇内生真菌为研究对象，通过观察产紫杉醇内生真菌形态变化，对内生真菌培养过程宏观形态变化进行描述，并通过培养制片，在光学显微镜和电子显微镜下观察M-1和M-2菌株菌丝和孢子形态，比照魏景超所编写的《真菌鉴定手册》作出鉴定判断，初步鉴定M-1菌株为头孢霉属,M-2菌株为链格孢霉属。

Two Strains of Endophytic Fungi of Producing Taxol M-1 and M-2 form the Preliminary Appraisal
Abstract
Taxol-producing endophytic fungi were studied.In this study,the physiological characteristics of the fungus cultured on PDA were described and the fungal hyphae morphology and spore morphology were observed through an electron microscope. The results of morphological identification of strains, reference "manual identification of fungi" (WeiJingchao) M-1 strain is belonging Cephalosporiu Corda and M-2 strain belongs Alternaria spp.
