摘 要
随着现代社会经济的发展，我国汽车保有量持续增长，汽车维修服务的需求日益旺盛。为了满足汽车维修业务的高效运作需求、精准管理各类维修信息以及提升客户服务水平，本研究设计并实现了一套基于Spring Boot的汽车维修管理系统。在系统开发阶段，采用UML统一建模语言对业务需求进行了深入分析，并完成了系统的概要设计与详细设计。后端技术选用Spring Boot框架，前端则基于Vue框架实现，通过前后端分离的架构模式，显著增强了系统的开发效率与可维护性。数据库采用MySQL，确保了数据的高效存储与安全访问。该系统涵盖车辆信息管理、维修工单管理、配件库存管理、客户关系管理、统计分析以及智能预约等功能，实现操作界面的流畅交互与数据实时更新。通过该系统的应用，汽车维修企业可优化业务流程，提升工作效率，增强客户满意度，进而有效提升企业的市场竞争力与经济效益。

Abstract
With the development of modern society and economy, the number of cars in China continues to grow, and the demand for car maintenance services is increasingly strong. In order to meet the efficient operation needs of automotive maintenance business, accurately manage various maintenance information, and improve customer service level, this study designs and implements a Spring Boot based automotive maintenance management system. During the system development phase, a thorough analysis of business requirements was conducted using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), and the system's overview and detailed design were completed. The backend technology adopts the Spring Boot framework, while the frontend is implemented based on the Vue framework. Through the architecture pattern of front-end and back-end separation, the development efficiency and maintainability of the system are significantly enhanced. The database uses MySQL to ensure efficient storage and secure access of data. The system covers functions such as vehicle information management, maintenance work order management, parts inventory management, customer relationship management, statistical analysis, and intelligent reservation, achieving smooth interaction of the operating interface and real-time data updates. Through the application of this system, automobile maintenance enterprises can optimize their business processes, improve work efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and effectively enhance their market competitiveness and economic benefits.
