摘 要

近年来，食品安全危机频繁发生，这一问题严重影响了人们的身体健康，引起了全世界的广泛关注。如何对食品有效跟踪和追溯，已成为一个，极为迫切的全球性课题。为此商务部和财务部选取了一系列城市作为开展肉菜流通追溯体系建设的试点城市，并将济南市选为第二批试点城市。

文章深入了解和研究了电商环境下食品质量安全可追溯体系建设的项目背景和意义，详细介绍了系统开发采用的开发平台——Loushang平台，并介绍了在系统开发过程中应用的主要关键技术。同时，通过分析系统中的经营主体备案、挂失、补卡、经营主体注销、配送中心入场登记、超市入场登记、数据信息上传等业务流程，确定本系统的性能需求、管理对象需求、功能需求；并在系统需求分析的基础上，进行了系统设计，包括了对系统的总体设计、详细设计、安全性设计；之后描述了系统测试情况。最后对系统的应用现状做了简单介绍，并对本系统提出了一些改进性建议。
