摘 要
随着我国建筑行业近些年的高速发展，为满足建筑行业内招投标的需求，推行工程量清单计价模式已成为目前建筑工程行业发包计价改革的重要措施，采用工程量清单计价方式能反应建设项目的一些成本，以便于各企业自行报价和维护公平竞争的环境。本文以成都卷烟厂厂房项目为研究依据，按照目前我国招投标情况、该厂房项目实际情况进行广联达模型建立、手工算量、手电算对比分析、编制招标工程量清单和最高投标限价。本课题研究的是招标工程量清单和最高投标限价。通过本次毕业设计在对成都卷烟厂厂房项目设计的过程，加强建模和算量能力，提升对招标工程量清单及最高投标限价编制的理解和应用，让自己在这个过程中将理论知识用于实践当中，增强动手能力，熟悉掌握编制招标工程量清单及最高投标限价的全过程。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Chinese construction industry in recent years, in order to meet the needs of bidding pricing, the implementation of bill of quantities pricing has become an important measure for the reform of the construction industry contract pricing, the use of bill of quantities pricing can reflect some costs of the construction projects, so that it is easier for enterprises to quote prices by themselves and maintain the fair competition environment. Based on the plant project of Chengdu Cigarette Factory as the research basis, according to the current bidding situation and the actual conditions of the plant project, Guanglian model establishment, manual calculation, comparative analysis of manual calculation, and compilation of bidding quantity list and maximum bid limit price. This topic is the study of bidding quantity list and maximum bid limit price. Through this graduation project in the process of Chengdu cigarette factory plant project design, strengthen the modeling and calculation ability, improve the understanding and application of the bidding bill of quantities and the maximum bid limit price, let oneself in this process will be theoretical knowledge in practice, enhance the hands-on ability, familiar with the preparation of bidding bill of quantities and the maximum bid limit price of the whole process.
