摘  要

办公自动化系统（Office Automation,简称OA）是结合计算机信息化技术和当前办公设计的更加具有创新的一种办公方式。通过设计这种创新办公环境的基础上,从而达到更快速的操作和提高人与人之间沟通能力,从整体更好的提高企业的办公效率。

通过分析企业办公自动化极具优势的需求和办公自动化的发展趋势，设计并完成了现在主流的B/S三层架构的基于WEB的办公自动化管理系统，设计完成这个系统的目的是管理企业办公信息、问题和仔细审批文件，帮助企业建立高效的日常办公事务管理模式。该系统包括用户登录、计划拟定、日常管理、考勤管理、企业员工管理、审核文件、管理并显示通讯信息,注销用户信息和用户退出的功能，达到企业办公管理信息效率高的需求；同时改变过去那种效率低的手工操作,人为办公容易出错和人之间交互能力不方便的缺点。该系统解决企业类型管理，人与人之间互相合作的问题，并努力建立一套完善的监督和管理的体制，人和部门之间的工作效率明显提高，促进企业办公室管理的标准化、制度化和协作能力。

完成该系统应用了JavaBean，Jsp，Struts2,Hibernate，Html和Servlet技术设计，完成还应用SQL Server 2008完成数据库设计及数据库连接。在确定系统业务流程需求和整体技术支持的基础下，进行总体设计、数据库设计和详细系统功能设计。通过系统的综合功能、业务流程、性能测试，找到并修复系统缺陷，最后可以满足企业办公、管理自动化的需求,完善企业内部员工管理的系统，同时系统能全面快速的让企业在市场上的竞争能力得到明显提高。

ABSTRACT

Office Automation system(Office Automation, hereinafter referred to as OA) is the combination of computer information technology and the current Office design a more creative way of Office.Through the design office environment on the basis of the innovation, so as to achieve a faster operation and improve the interpersonal communication, as a whole to better complete the enterprise office efficiency.

Based on the analysis based on the demand of the enterprise office automation, research the development trend of office automation, designed and implemented based on B/S three layer architecture of enterprise office automation system. The system includes user login, planning design, daily management, attendance management, staff management, audit management, communication management, quit, logout function.Meet the basic needs of enterprise office information management, Solve the enterprise type management, interpersonal cooperation each other, and try to establish a set of perfect supervision and management system, between people and departments so as to improve work efficiency, promote enterprise office management standardization, institutionalization and cooperation ability.

To complete the system applied the javabeans, Jsp, Struts, Hibernate, Html and Servlet technology and development and with the help of database design and SQL Server 2008 connections.Finally can meet the needs of enterprise office network, automation management, improve the level of the enterprise internal management system, at the same time system can fully improve enterprise's comprehensive competitiveness in the market.
