摘 要
本工程采用多层框架结构，位于辽宁省开原市老城镇。建筑物的总层数控制在3层，不设电梯。一层为厨房、就餐区、卫生间,二层为厨房、就餐区、卫生间。三层为就餐区，绘制图纸包括总平面图及建筑物平、立、剖面图，图纸应严格按国家制图标准绘制，达到施工图要求。能够按复杂的地质条件设计独立基础或桩基础。绘制图纸包括总平面图及建筑物平、立、剖面图，图纸应严格按国家制图标准绘制，达到施工图要求。结构设计主要包括结构选型与布置、手算与电算三部分。手算部分主要为框架梁、柱截面设计、楼梯结构设计、现浇楼面板设计和基础设计等；电算部分主要采用PKPM软件进行框架结构整体设计计算及出图。结构图纸要求基本上达到施工图的要求，结构图纸总量10张左右。设计说明书是设计的重要组成部分，是设计文件之一。设计说明书对建筑方案和结构方案起说明作用，表达建筑方案设计的主要思想，体现结构设计计算的主要过程和计算依据。

Abstract
