摘要
随着现代经济的不断发展，建筑行业已经到了前所未有的发展阶段，而且在我国的经济发展中，建筑业的发展又起着至关重要的作用，与我国的经济命脉息息相关。在规模庞大的项目建设过程中，如何在投资中降低成本、提高收益，是每个建筑投资者所面临的问题，而建筑工程预算就是建筑企业在施工中依据国家的相关的法律法规，准确科学地评估了工程在每个施工步骤和施工顺序中所需要投入的资金，并且对各个阶段投入的资金进行有效的合理的配置，所以工程预算在实际的工程项目建设中有着十分重要的作用。只有建筑工程预算的作用得到最大化的发挥，合理的控制工程造价、有效使用投入资金、科学分配施工资料和人员，才能达到控制企业成本、提高企业利润的目的。
工程采用施工图预算编制方法，施工图预算作为建筑工程造价的重要依据，是招标、投标、签订施工合同、工程施工管理和竣工决算的重要文件，根据具体工程采取科学合理的方法编制施工图预算，对确保工程造价的准确性具有十分重要的意义。毕业设计过程中，通过熟悉图纸、图集、定额了解工程基本情况根据工程量计算基础工程、混凝土工程、砌筑工程钢筋工程、装饰装修工程，选取广联达软件套用浙江地区清单得出工程项目总造价。
