摘 要
多档位航空端子压接钳是一种专为满足大作用力、多作业形式需求而设计的手动液压工具。它利用液压原理产生强大的压力,能够完成钢线缆、电缆及高压电线的铆接与压接作业。针对传统手动工具作用力小、体积大、重量重等不足,本研究设计了一款输出作用力大(可达100 kN、160 kN、250 kN等规格)、作业形式多样(包括铆接、压接、弯曲、切断、剪切、破拆等)、携带方便(整机重量10~15 kg)、操作灵活(手动力仅需20 kg)的手动多档位航空端子压接钳。通过查阅机械设计手册、应用相关公式计算,并结合国家零件标准,完成了各结构零件的尺寸确定与整体方案设计。实践表明,该压接钳工作可靠、适应面广,特别是在无专用设备或无动力源的野外、山区高空作业环境中,展现了其独特的优势。此外,液压钳钳口压力设计为2吨,额定工作压力为3 MPa,所有零件及结构尺寸均经过严格计算和校核,确保了设计结果的准确性和符合国家标准。

Abstract
Multi-gear aviation terminal compression clamp is a manual hydraulic tool specially designed to meet the requirements of large force and multi-operation form. It uses the hydraulic principle to generate strong pressure, and can complete the riveting and crimping of steel cables, cables and high voltage wires. In view of the traditional manual tools, small force, large size, weight, this study designed a large output force (up to 100 kN, 160 kN, 250 kN specifications), various forms of operation, including riveting, pressing, bending, cutting, cutting, breaking), easy to carry (machine weight 10~15 kg), and flexible operation (hand power only 20 kg). By consulting the mechanical design manual, applying the relevant formula calculation, and combining with the national parts standard, completed the size determination of each structural parts and the overall scheme design. The practice shows that the crimping clamp works reliably and has a wide range of adaptation, especially in the field and mountainous area without special equipment or power source, showing its unique advantages. In addition, the pressure of hydraulic pliers is designed to be 2 tons and the rated working pressure is 3 MPa. All parts and structural dimensions have been strictly calculated and checked to ensure the accuracy of the design results and comply with the national standards.
